Strategic Clarity Table
I would like to share this Strategic Table, which aids in obtaining more clarity of our business, professional and/or personal objectives. I am certain it will provide useful and of benefit. • What are we looking to achieve?
• Is this objective related to the strategic visión of the company?
• The answer must be Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Time based.
2. Deciding based on Eficiency:
• What can assist you in achieving this objective with the minimum amount of waste and maximize your resources?
3. Focus of Resources:
• What are your available resources for this objective?
• What resource is critical for achieving this objective?
• Where is should you allocate your resources for achieving this objective efficiently?
4. Internal and Extenal Execution:
• What is necessary to execute internally to achieve this objective?
• Who will be responsible for executing the specified tasks.
• What are the responsibilities, specifically?
• What is necessary, externally, to execute or prevent in order to achieve this objective?
• How can we influence, internally, these external conditions?
• Who will be responsible for executing the specified tasks.
• What are the responsibilities, specifically?
5. Mastery:
• What details are necessary to be aware of in order to achieve this objective efficiently?
• What are the details that can prevent this objective from being achieved?
6. Indicators:
• What indicators will measure the progress or achievement of this objective?
• What relationship do these indicators have with previously established key performance indicators.
